I was born and raised in Belle Vernon and graduated from BVA High School. I am very familiar with the Mon Valley and surrounding areas.

My maiden name was Annie Seman. I attended California University of Pa and held several different job titles over the years.

After starting my family, I spent most of my years as "stay at home" mother of five, with an advertising business on the side.  Once my youngest child was in school, I decided to return to the work force full time and went to study real estate.  I definitely understand how complicated finding a balance between family and a job can be so I try to make my hours more flexible so I am available to help you!

Immediately after earning my real estate license in 2003, I worked with Coldwell Banker Tri-County Realty. In 2008 I transferred my expertise to CENTURY 21 Frontier Realty.

I have been happily working with clients there ever since! I sincerely LOVE real estate and helping others find their new homes or sell their existing ones. I am never too busy to help and I sincerely enjoy looking at houses! Please don't ever hesitate to call me! I am here to help!
